System Upgrade & Lost RESOLUTION 1344 x 756...Previous System

Just finished with the System Upgrade and now my Display is all wrong...!!!

For some reason I can only choose 3 Resolutions for my HDTV?

640 x 480
720 x 480
1920 x 1080 (the ONLY resolution I can tolerate)

Any ideas what happened? Can I UNDO THIS UPGRADE? :(

Thanks...!!!

The only was I know to undo an upgrade. Is back up your system and do a fresh install of the old environment. In this case your previous version of the OS. Then restore your data and custom settings.

Previous System...Trash...???

So I finally figured my Display Resolution by installing OSX using the DVD...!!!

So do I TRASH the Previous System folder...???

Also does this mean I can't Upgrade my System...I'm guessing I'll lose my Display again :(

I'm not sure what Mini's have for video chips but you might try to copy the ATI and Nvidia .kext files out of /System/Library/Extensions to a temp location. Then do the upgrade and then copy them back. Or at least compare the files from the previous sys folder to the current sys folder to see if that is even a possibility that they may be to blame.
