problem to load to xp on mac

when i want to switch to xp from my mac book

i pressed system preferences then startup disk

i found mac osx and network startup only
i didn't find windows on untitled

and i have a problem when i restarted my mac and press hold on alt

also i can't find selecting an operating system during startup
