How do i reset factory settings without cd/dvd?

I am desperate. I HAVE OVERLOADED MY MACS MEMORY AND NOW IT IS FOREVER FROZEN EXCEPT FOR WHEN IT IS STARTING UP. HOW DO I REMOVE ALL MY FILES MANUALLY/ RETURN TO FACTORY SETTIGS WITHOUT CD/DVD?

I don't know what you mean by "overloaded the memory". Regardless, you cannot reinstall OS X without an install disc. Unless you are running Lion. Please tell us what system you have, how much memory you have, what OS you are running, and more detail about your problem. And please stop yelling.

I'm almost sure OP means their hard drive is full (using improper terminology saying "overloaded the memory").

You can either start deleting stuff you don't use anymore or buy an external to off load some of your files from your internal harddrive.
