Cannot load videos online

I have been having problems with viewing videos on YouTube or on any other video I click to play. Usually, before I watch a video, I load the video first so I can watch it without interruptions of 'loading' stuff or something.

Just yesterday, I noticed that when moved the circle figure back from the beginning the whole video loaded back again. Therefore, I cannot replay a video without loading it all over again or watch a video without loading interruptions. I wonder what might have caused this problem. PLease help! :[
