Final Cut Pro to DVD

When I output my video project to DVD it plays back on my DVD player and TV as if it has a slow refresh rate (motion is jittery and blurred). I never had this problem when I burned our family DVDs on my PC. Any suggestions?

What are all your Export settings?

Fcp dvd

Are you referring to the "Export Image" settings?
If so, its a PNG Image with "Background Rendering" as "None"
Frame rate 29.97 FPS
