I've done a lot of research but there is a lot of conflicting information that has left me pretty confused.
Around 5 months ago there were posts that said SATA III drives kept having issues, so it was best not to get those. Has that changed at all? Should I go with a SATA II or II? Can my macbook even benefit from SATA III?
I was looking at this one. It currently has a $40 rebate if I buy it before 12/01, so it would be great if I could get help before that!
Also, any recommendations would be really helpful!
