Calibrated Monitor Issue

Hello,

Yesterday I used datacolor's Spyder 3 Pro device to calibrate my macbook pro's monitor. Everything went perfectly until today, when I noticed a substantial difference between my image while being viewed in photoshop and quicklook. I already went into photoshop and adjusted the proof setup to ensure my images were being viewed with the new calibration (the change was minor).

Do y'all know what I can do to fix this?

I do not believe that Preview (which is what quicklook runs) is color managed.
