HI
I have an old G4 which does not work ( display is dead thoughthe fan runs) ...here are the specs:
have an old G4 powermac / imac (bought second hand/no disks ) osx:
10.5.8
powermac 6,1
powerpc G4 (3.3)
processor 1 GHz
memory 1.5 GB DDR SD RAM
cpu's 1
version 4
Boot rom
version 4.5.9f1
it was running snow leopard, upgraded from tiger I think.
Pls note, if it helps answer my question below, I have bought Tiger instal disks.
Today I have bought another G4 but it does not have airport card and cant connect wirelessly , whereas the old one could....so want to know if possible/ if so how to remove airport card from old one and instal in new one ...specs for new G4 (os panther) are :
