My small child somehow put our camera memory chip in my Macbook A1342 cdrom drive. I can't get it out!! Can anyone please help me? I am handy with PCs, but this is my first Mac so go slow! Thanks for any suggestions in advance. Cheryl

Turn off the MacBook, close the lid, and tilt it so that the optical drive slot is facing downward. Hold on to it tightly - don't let it drop. Have someone else use a credit card to gently slide into the slot and hold it open while you gently shake the MacBook. It should come out that way.
