I like the Apple Dictionary which comes with iOS for Mac and Macbook Pro, however, I cannot find the same one for either iPhone or iPad?

The Mac and MacBooks run Mac OS X, not iOS. Apple does not have an equivalent of the Dictionary app for iOS.
