iMac Hard Drive noises.

Every time I open an app or program my hard drive seems to make some noises. This is normal, right?

Edit: Right now it's making noises even when I'm not opening an app.

It sounds like a disk is spinning or something. I'm just making sure this is normal :)

If it just sounds like a disk spinning, no grinding or cracking noises, it's perfectly normal. Just your Hard Drive spinning up. :)
