im new to macs and have a couple questions

so my friend offered to give me her old mac. i think its just the old white macbook. she said it wasnt working and she was going to see whats wrong. so do you think apple can fix most computers? second, can i download a new software on the old mac to make it seem brand new? and third, will it come with a built in camera?

Why don't you tell us which white MacBook she's giving you? Year, model, and what version of OS X is on it? Then perhaps we can try to answer some of your questions.
