Reboot the machine. As soon as you hear the chime, hold down the OPTION key. You can select which OS to boot from that screen. Or, if you wish open System Preferences, Startup Disk, and select the default OS to boot from.

If you burned drivers to CD prior to installing Windows, and run the CD in Windows, in Windows 7 there should be access to the Bootcamp Control Panel where you can opt to restart in Mac OS X. Usually in the bottom bar beside internet connection and messages icon. May be in the unused icons, a little upside down triangular icon.
