Ok you guys are going to think I am retarded. How do I change a files name?
I downloaded 3 files from work and it will not let me change the names when I click save? This is for excel.

Be easy on me I am a former PC user

It's the same process as the Windows version. 'Save' saves the file with the current filename while 'Save As' saves the file with a different file name.

It doesn't have a toolbar icon in the default arrangement but you can add one. Unfortunately, it doesn't have an icon so you have to put up with a "text button":

You can get to that by right clicking the toolbar > Customize Toolbars and Menus... > Commands.
