I'm relatively new to macs, but loving it so far! Have a strange issue and did not find anything close when I did a search. When I go to log out of my user, the box pops up but there is no text to type in my user name and password. I can see the boxes where I need to type in my info, but my cursor will not show up, and also the boxes you need to click on to say Ok are blank. I've had to go log in window to shut my mac down at night. I want to download a new program, but unable to as I cannot get into the admin log to allow the new download. I am sure I am not explaining myself to clearly, since I am not sure if I am using the correct terminology!! Any help would be appreciated.
