Macbook not turning on no life

I tried turning my Silver new type macbook on yesterday and there was no life in it i tried the batterys thats fine the charger is working fine too i did notice a few weeks before the hard drive was making some strange noises because macs are usually silent iv never dropped it or damaged it also.Im not sure if the hard drive has gone i had a white macbook and dropped it a few times and it still works with a smashed screen so im confused.

Even if the hard drive is dead it should turn on and inform you of that, at least with a "?" question mark on a hard drive icon. I'd pay Apple a visit and see what's wrong since you're saying it is new.
