Syncing iPhone with new MacBook Pro

My husband and I just bought new MacBook's yesterday. We both have iPhone's that we had synced with my old laptop. But it crashed a few weeks ago. Which is why we got new MacBook's. Since my laptop crashed, I can't get any of my files off of it and we have around 3500 songs on there. Now, I know I can bring my laptop somewhere, and have them take all our files off and put it on discs that we can then put onto our new MacBook's. But, I was wondering if there is any way that we can sync our phones to our MacBook's without losing all of our music and photos? Thanks for the help!
