Hi there,

Just a quick question (that I should really know, I admit !).

I am going to retire my current Mac and purchase a new machine. I run Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop Elements on my current Mac, and I upgraded these software packages earlier this year - can I transfer them to my new mac, or do I have to re-purchase them ?

Any wisdom will be gratefully received !

Cheers,

John.

Try Migration Assistant, however you may need to do a clean install from your original discs and update again a sAdobe and Office applications do not handle migrating well at times.

Way... way too many specs to list.
Hrm, I've never had a problem migrating Adobe apps, I could just be lucky (I have had to deactivate the previous version). Even so, you can uninstall them on the old Mac and reinstall and it'd be completely legal (there's an option to deactivate under help in Photoshop, not so in Lr.. and not a clue in elements)
