exporting with Qt pro

hi, ive just ordered the new ipod with video and as you can imagin ive been trying to convert my videos (Qt pro 7.03) so i can watch them on it. but when ever i go to export them as anything the progress bar gets a certain way then doesnt move anymore, the files ime exporting are either .avi or mpeg. anyone?

they move pretty slow, just let them go a while

i left one exporting a couple of hours ago then went and watched some tv and came back apx 30 mins later but the progress bar was still in the same place, the file was about 700 mb so i thought it might be done by then, alas, i tried it with a file thats only 10 mb and left it for over 10 mins without any luck, should i try anything else?

it takes a long time...for a 125 MB file it took me a day or two, just let it run in the background

yeah, ik nothing about video so i couldn't tell you why

This is a free program that you could try. Seems to work quicker than QT Pro
