I have a Canon Pixma MP620. It worked perfectly until I downloaded Snow Leopard. Now the scanner doesn't work but the printer does. I get this message: "The scanner driver supported by this software is not installed. Install it and then retry."

I went to Canon and downloaded the upgraded scanner driver software. It appears to be installed but I still can't get it to work.

Help please?

It worked perfectly until I downloaded Snow Leopard.

You shouldn't be downloading the Apple/Mac OS. The ONLY version of the Mac OS that was ever downloadable is the most recent (OS 10.7).

If you have a downloaded version of Snow Leopard...it's illegal!:(

No- I purchased Snow Leopard directly from Apple and installed the disk. I didn't mean to say downloaded... Any ideas?

Go to Cannon"s website and download the scanner driver direct for your OS.
