''Date modified'' column in Finder app shows the same date for every file

The ''Date modified'' column in my finder app is showing the same date for every file in my computer (see attach file).

How can this be fixed?

Specs :
Max OS X 10.5.8
1.8 Ghz PowerPC G5

Apparently this can happen if you use an unsupported trick to customize the date in "International Settings". Read this discussion for more information and solution for that scenario:
