IPOD CLASSIC HAVING PROBLEMS LIKE NO OTHER error 1439

I have an ipod classic 80gb and i keep getting the do not disconnect screen without even putting it in disk mode and when i try to put in iTunes it says its corrupted and says i need to restore it but when i do it gives me error 1430 or error 1439 i tried everything from downgrading iTunes to switching usb ports. i also tried to put it in disk mode and try to format it but it says it is copy protected i do not have warranty and do not have the money for a new iPod anytime soon.
