Apple Pro Care?

I signed up for Apple Pro Care because there is a store near me and I wanted to be able to schedule appts. to visit with the Geniuses at the Genius Bar to get one-on-one training. Also, since I was transferring from the IBM format to Apple, with the Pro Care, all that was taken care of. I don't think you need Pro Care to visit with the Geniuses. I think I purchased the card for $69 during some kind of promotion. People are always great to me when I'm in the store or have questions at the Bar. I don't know if that's because of the card or not? This is a good question. I have been wondering if the dot.mac account is really worth it?
