I have owned a new iPhone 4 for about fiv months. I left Australia last Friday for 3 months in Thailand, got Telstra to activate my global roaming (minus data due to exorbitant cost) and guess what? The quoted 9 hours talk time on 3G and 300 hours standby is suddenly 9 hours standby! Telstra cannot help as they're 6,000 Km away but the Apple website??? About half as useful as a zit on a boar hog! Why can't they have a 24/7 chatline like Telstra? Quite frankly, if Steve Jobs were still alive, I might be tempted to load my iPhone with C4 and insert it in his fundamental orifice! I can't even get their "express service" from Thailand!... and I need my phone connected for business until Jan29! Is this the "battery problem" I've heard about? How can I get warranty assistance?
