A friend has just bought a Macbook Air and I would like to be able to connect to his machine remotely to take access of his machine to solve technical issues, answer questions, and so on.
Will Apple Remote Desktop do this for me? Any better alternatives?
I have noticed that ARD is $80, would we have to buy 2 copies - one for each machine?
