So Apple is pushing the Thunderbolt technology...

The new MBA have the Thunderbolt port instead of the mini-display port to connect to an external monitor. Does this mean that it will only connect to an Apple monitor or will the Thunderbolt port on the laptop still work with the mini-dsplay port to DVI (or HDMI) adapter(s)?

Thanks!
