Ringtones don't work on iPhone 4s

My ringtones are not working on my 1phone 4s. They show up under the name of the person but when the phone rings it is the default ring.

Any ideas why or what I can do?

I just set up ringtones fro my wife on IPHONE 4S dont forget to save your settings.
