Can not download dmg files

All of a sudden I just can't download dmg files
I've tried with different browsers (safari, firefox, opera, chrome)
Tried too repairing the permisions
And other thing is that my Folx downloader doesn't work either
Could anybody help me please??

Error messages? Have you installed or uninstalled a download manager recently?

Uninstall your Folx download manager using the uninstaller. OS X does not require it and they can cause big problems, especially if you are using the trial version.

Got any antivirus software running by chance?

Macs definitely don't need a download manager. Causes more harm than good.

The same can be said about antivirus software but sometimes you don't have a choice in the mater. >_<"
