Hey, I got an ipod on May 19, 2005.
It broke a while ago.
To make a long story short, the battery ran out.
As the iPod was on for 3 weeks,
So I charged it.
And it worked fine.
Then I went to sync it.
And it froze.
And so I reset it.
And it got a sad iPod error.
I have the complimentary Apple Care that came with the iPod.
As I was not expecting it to break.
But they said I don't.
So now it's 275 to fix it.
So is there anyway that I actually do still have Apple Care?
So I can fix it?
Or should I just buy a new one.
And if I do.
I'll just get a shuffle.
Because I can't buy a new iPod.
Because they're expensive...
Nevertheless, I have no idea what's wrong with it.
Can anyone help?
Thanks...

Yeah, your warranty lasts a year from date of purchase considering you bought it new or refurbished from Apple or an authorized reseller. So basically if that is the case I would complain big time and show them the paperwork to prove it.
