photobooth glow effect is stuck on my screen

Hi.

I left my macbook pro charging for about 6 hours, and when I came back home the whole screen had the photobooth glow effect. This is really annoying and hurts my eyes. Please help.

This might also have to do with color sync, but I'm not sure.
