Logitech Dual Action Controller Issue In-Game

Hey guys, I set up my controls in Star Wars Battlefront 2, and when I started a battle, the calibration on my right stick is messed up. Btw, I am using a logitech dual action controller, the one that is set up like a ps2 controller. I have the right thumbstick set up to be my "looking" axis. When I start the game, my soldier automatically looks straight up, and it is stuck that way. It's like the game is reading my controller and it thinks that I am pushing up on my right thumbstick to look up. Is there any way to calibrate and fix this?
