I have had numerous issues with my iPhone and every time i go to the apple store to talk to a genius i always have to re-explain myself. Can they see all the previous times i have been to the apple store and why? Or do they genuinely not know my previous issues?

Im not sure how Apple Geniuses deal with there helping of people, but if you go in there and you say you have been before and they don't go to a Mac and look you up on there system, then i gather they take you on a day to day basis and help you out there and then.
