Option-Tab not working (tabbing between windows in same app)?

Pre Lion (I think) I used to use Option-Tab for tabbing between windows in same app. (separate to Command-Tab for between apps) This option-tab doesn't seem to work for me now.

Question: How can I get this working in Lion?

I'm making the assumption it was the Lion install that changed things. I am using Alfred & Text Expander.

It's Command-` (above the tab key).

oh - ok that doesn't seem too bad - I'll stick with this instead then - cheers
