3 year old macbook died

I was watching a movie on my 13" macbook and all of a sudden, the laptop just died. no warning, nothing. the power cord was plugged in. I took out the battery to try and reset anything that could have happened, but nothing happened. Has anyone came across this and fixed it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

if you press the power button, does anything happen at all or totally dead? Is the light on the mag Safe power plug lit?

absolutely nothing. no spin on the HD no lights, nothing at all. The light on the charger is green when plugged in, when the charger is not plugged in there is no light on the charger at all.

And a PRAM reset: Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM

When your MacBook is plugged in what happens when you press the indicator button on the battery? If nothing happens. Luke be your MagSafe board which would be like 10 bucks on ebay
