I can only seem to get low resolution to play through TV out.

I really do love the 4S mirroring ability though. I set my aaxa p4 pico projector resolution to 1024x768 and the image comes out really nice for videos. im not sure what options your tv has for resolutions but id say just go through all the setting on your tv.
