I want to add my eMac to a wireless network in an office that is secured by the MAC address. How do I find the MAC address on my eMac? Thanks for the help. :dive:

PowerMac G5 Dual 2GHz (June 2004), 2.5GB, Airport, black 5G iPod 30GB, white MacBook 2.0 2GB
In the System preferences, go to Network, click on Airport, click configure.
Then click on the Airport-tab (first from left) and you see "Airport ID".
That is the MAC address for the Airport card.
If ou want to find out the Ethernet MAC address, it's the same procedure, except that the Ethernet-tab is the first from right.

Another way is to simply check on the eMac where the serial number is located. The Ethernet MAC adress is written there as well. And the one from the Airport is written on the Airport card.

Hope this helps. :mac:
