GCal to iCal is bidirectional - when you change one, it changes the other. If you set it up with the official instructions, it should work that way now. Does it not do this? How did you set this up?

In iCal i have my events grouped and diffrently colored for different school thing, other stuff and soo on.. How can i do that when I choose the one that is synced with gCal

I don't have it setup but you should be able to change it in iCal. If, for some reason you can not, simply change it in GCal and see if that accomplishes it.

You don't control the colour by event. The colours are set for each calendar.

okey i managed to get this thing up an running, i had to go to gCal and make different calanders there and than in iCall to account and to delegates and giive them access so that they showed in iCal and that i can manage them from iCal now -.-

But there is another problem that has poped out. I can make new events in iCal and change them to any calander but when i delete them, they dont delete in gCal.

So i can make and manage events in iCal but when i try to delete them they only get deleted in iCal but not in gCal.. so when the iCal refreshes they are back.

The syncing is not instantaneous. Give it time for iCal to send the changes to Google.

Evidently what you're seeing was done by Google on purpose (see here for more info). Apparently, iCloud has been causing some issues for those using GCal and iCloud and as such, Google has disabled deleting items from iCal temporarily.
