MBP 13 and 15in Case suggestions?

I have searched around for a thread but to no avail as to what I was looking for. I am planning on buying a new/refurbished mbp this month or maybe wait till something else comes along.
~What are some high quality sleeves/cases for the 13 and 15 inch?
~Also do you guys have any suggestion as to a nice quality skin to go on it as well? Not a big fan of the bold colors for a lot of the companies.

i have an invisa shield on mine its a little time consuming to put on but it has done a fine job.
