Free Mac Clean Up???

how do i get my mac running nicely and clean it up...

and not pay for it!

any help would be lovely :)

You shouldn't really need all that much. That said, running something like OnyX once in a while doesn't hurt. Make sure to get the version for your version of OS X.

When you open it, the "automation" tab should be sufficient in cleaning anything that might cause problems/slow downs.

Do Not fall for any of the online "scans" that tell you you "need" to clean your Mac - those are all scams.

Avoid Mackeeper, Macscan and similar like the plague.

Just run Onyx which is freeware and the best.
