I somehow lost a significant amount of battery in a short amount of time. I only had iTunes and Google Chrome and System Preferences open and I lost 20% in a matter of only 10 minutes. Is there some way I can find out what caused this ? I'm running a Macbook Pro 15" with an i5 and 8GB of RAM, with a fresh install of Lion.

Download and install the free coconut Battery application. That will give you some idea of what's going on with your battery.

Don't wanna start a new thread (and I did search) but I need to know what to battery to buy for my Macbook Pro. It's a late 2008 model. Thanks!

Quick question though, I was reading the reviews and some people say they were refurbished? Any other feedback?

If it doesn't say it in the description then it's probably not refurbished. If it appears so, then you can get a return or a refund.
