I'm getting my imac today and have an additional 8gb of ram that I'll be installing on it. I know that there are 4 slots for ram. 2 of the slots will be occupied by 2 gb modules and I'll be installed the 4 gb modules in the remaining 2. Can I just pop the 4 gb modules into the remaining slot or should they go in the existing slots being that they have a higher memory capacity? I'm just trying to make sure I have all my bases covered before I go ahead with installing it.
