How do I change and permanently (or at least until I change it again) an apps' window size on startup of the app? I always run Safari in full widescreen mode, but yet it doesn't open that way. I resize the window, close it, reopen it and it is back where it was.

I have a shortcut that resizes it, but I've never been able to figure out how to make it permanent, even though by accident I've made it happen.

(create a bookmark with the following as the address:

javascript:self%20.moveTo(0,0);self.resizeTo(1680,975);

Place it on your bookmarks bar. 1680 is the width, 975 is the height, adjust to fit your screen.)

I'm pretty sure Safari always opens in a window of the same size and in the same position as my last session. I don't expand it to "widescreen mode" so maybe that's the difference.

I guess using my bookmark isn't the same as manually doing it. The bookmark is more precise, but it saves the manual move.
