Just wondering if there is a way to hide or turn off availability for certain TV shows, movies that were purchased through the iTunes store? I always have to scroll through all the shows and movies I have just to get to the one I want. I tried unchecking them in the list view in iTunes, but they still appear on Apple TV.

On your ATV presuming its a ATV2 then when you go into TV Shows you have the options of By Date, By Show and Unwatched. If your show is unwatched then it cuts down the scrolling you have to do.
I dont know of a way to do what you ask accept by deleting them from iTunes on your Mac.

Cheers

In short, no. This was a plus of the ATV 1 and checking the content in iTunes that you wanted to show on the ATV itself.
