My "date & time" is displaying the time one hour less for any location in Russia than it supposed to! For Europe and USA it displays correct time. Russia is not changing time this winter and it was announced well in advance so, I assume there have been update for that already..? Did I miss an update (my software update indicates I am current on my updates)? Can it be fixed somehow manually (besides setting manually different time zone)? Strange thing is that widgets show correct time! Not the "date & time" application. Any useful information or tips?

Maybe they announced it in the Russian media, but California did not get the memo

Sounds like you will have to either change the time zone or set the clock manually until Apple updates it's clock servers
