I subscribe to a satellite ISP that cuts me off after downloading more than 250 megabytes but I can download whatever I want between 2 am and 7 am without penalty. I need a download manager that can be programmed for those hours. What would be the best available and how do I get it?

Try this search LINK from Google. There are pages of download managers for the Mac.

If you decide to use a download manager and then decide to get rid of it, make sure to use the included uninstaller (or follow the proper instructions). We've seen too many people unable to download anything after improper uninstalls.

If you're using Firefox, try this extension.
