Video capture software recommendation

Hi,

i would like to record my screen movements and mouse clicks to a video. To be more specific, I use LightRoom to edit my photos. I would like to record a video illustrating how I edit the photograph. I guess it would be nice if it would record audio too.

Recommendations?

QuickTime 10 will do that. It doesn't record audio, though. But it is free and probably already on your Mac.

Any recommendations for audio and video capture?

but it does record the audio from the mic.

I also like screenflow. It records key commands/shortcuts too.
