Hello Everyone,
My daughter has an iPod nanno, it is two years old. The keys have been permanently locked so she cannot access anything. The small slide button on top slides back and forth, but it will not un-lock the keys, or touch controls. Any suggestions to fix this or is this one of those 'chronic' problems that happen to these units? It turns on when she plugs it into her docking station, shuts off after 15 mins. like designed.
Any help appreciated!
