I feel like I'm getting spammed from my Internet provider. They claim my computers are infected by bots. The only two computers accessing my network are a Mac Mini running Leopard and an iPad 2. Until about a month ago I was also using a MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard. Has anyone encountered this? Comcast wants me to pay for their Constant Guard service.

Baloney. Ask them to send you a log of the specific traffic that is of concern. Sounds more like a marketing ploy to take some more of your money.

I wouldn't put it past Comcast.

I've Googled it and that seems to be the consensus, but I thought I'd ask around here.
