iTunes Automatic Downloads

I use the same iTunes account of other family members and we are all on the same wifi network in the house. Whenever somebody buys a song off of iTunes it automatically downloads to my iTunes as well. I've tried stopping it mid-download and erasing it after it has downloaded, but it always just tries to download again. Is there a setting to turn this off? I already have home sharing turned off

You can turn off automatic downloads in;

Preferences > Store > Automatic downloads (Uncheck the boxes)

The same goes for any mobile devices you have;

Settings > Store > Automatic downloads.
