Mac won't store facebook password

Help! After downloading the latest update, my iMac won't store my
facebook username and password. All my other passwords and usernames
haven't been effected, just Facebook. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Are you running Safari or some other browser. I know for sure Facebook on the latest Safari is saving the password.

If using Safari, quit Safari.

What I've done for any passwords that just didn't want to save: open up the Keychain Assistant, browse through the logins it has saved and delete all the existing logins for the one you're having problems with. Then try again.
